HHS Transition

HHS is proud to partner with Bon Secours Mercy Health and is excited to work with you throughout the transition process!

Each of you is a valuable contributor at Bon Secours Mercy Health and has a critical skill set that is foundational to the continued success of your hospital. During the coming weeks, key leaders from both organizations will keep you informed and meet with you on a regular basis.

Next Steps of Transition

While we work through the final steps of contracting, additional information will be provided as it becomes available.

The transition schedule of your individual hospital is still under development; however, here are a few of the next steps in the process:

1

  • We will hold an associate Town Hall meeting approximately 30 days before your hospital’s transition starts.

  • During this meeting, we will be covering key topics and details such as compensation, detailed benefit descriptions, and the specific details of your site’s transition.

2

  • Associate onboarding will begin 1-2 weeks prior to the transition.

  • We will have representatives onsite who will make this process simple and easy to understand.

3

At the start of the transition, you will continue to operate how you are today - with the same roles, responsibilities, and work schedules.

  • This will minimize the impact of the transition on you as well as hospital operations. During this time, we will also get to know you better, gain an understanding of how you like your current role, and begin training on HHS systems and processes.

4

We may begin making small changes based on HHS best practices, our systems, and our process. However, any changes we may implement would be gradual.
